This is a simple but satisfying meal for a family of four - a seasoned wild rice with a sizable chicken breast for each person. We are proud to highlight Native-harvested wild rice from White Earth and Kadejan chicken (Glenwood, MN).

This recipe is from NiiMay Trickey, a local Native youth who lives in Detroit Lakes and attends Detroit Lakes High School.
